Our Accommodation
All our apartments are British and Irish owned. They all have
the following:
• all the buildings are residential which maintains higher standards
• all apartments are tastefully furnished and well equipped with
their own individual style.
• all are cleaned and inspected by our own staff prior to arrival.
• all have outside seating and lighting
• prices listed are the weekly rental per apartment
• bed linen is included in the price.
• all apartments have double glazing.
• most have air conditioning, see property descriptions
• access to all the apartments is by lift.
• all rental prices include electricity
• all have secure entry systems and security shutters
• all are none smoking
• NO PETS ALLOWED
Whenever possible we aim to offer flexiblity to accomodate your
requests (e.g. Start/end day and duration of your stay).
All rental prices are quoted in sterling. Payment is usually accepted
in sterling or euros. The rental price in Euros will be quoted
by ourselves on request.

La Pleiade
La Pleiade is a recently constructed luxury apartment building
finished in November 2006. It is ideally located, just five minutes
walk from the main town square – Place du General de Gaulle. All
the apartments benefit from double glazing climatisation(cool/warm
air circulation). All are tastefully furnished and well decorated
and have modern fitted kitchens – please see individual apartment
descriptions. The historic Old Town of Antibes, Port Vauban and
the beaches are a leisurely ten minutes walk away. Less than fifteen
minutes by foot from La Pleiade is the resort of Juan les Pins
and within two minutes is the well stocked local supermarket and
boulangerie. As the stop for the main bus route from Cannes to
Nice is less than five minutes walk from the apartments, with
the train station a ten minute walk, access to public transport
is straightforward and easy. |

No. 38 Albert Premier
This modern (less than 5 years old) luxury building, is situated
within yards of the seafront and the sandy L'Ilette beach. As
it is adjacent to the Old Town, all the restaurants and amenities
of Antibes are an easy short walk away. |

L'Oasis
L'Oasis is a modern luxury building maintained to a very high
standard. It is located opposite La Pleiade. Centrally situated,
just five minutes walk from the main town square – Place du General
de Gaulle. The apartment benefits from an excellent view of the
sea and the Cap D'Antibes. It is well decorated, furnished and
maintained to a high standard. It has electric shutters and double
glazing The building is in the heart of the town, with easy access
to the buses and trains.The seaside resort of Juan Les Pins is
less than a 15 minute walk away. |

Apartments 1 to 5 are in La Pleiade, they are all within a one
minute walk of apartment 6 located in L' Oasis. Apartment 7 is
a ten minute walk away. We are therefore able to accommodate large
groups together with each family retaining their own independence.
