Access to the balcony is through the patio doors in the lounge which has outside lighting, a table with four chairs and sun loungers. The balcony receives the sun from early afternoon to the evening during summer.

The purpose built, well designed kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, oven and hob and a good sized fridge freezer. It is well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.

Both bedrooms are located on the interior side of the building which is a particularly quiet position. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of drawer space. There are two single beds in each bedroom, which may be used as singles or made into doubles.

The bathroom includes a double sink and vanity unit, a full size bath and an overhead shower. The WC is housed separately with a further hand basin.

A washing machine is provided in the apartment and is positioned in an enclosed cupboard in the hallway.

A designated underground parking place is available at the residency on request.

This beautiful apartment is in an ideal location to enjoy the sandy beaches, bustling nightlife and restaurants of Juan les Pins but also close enough to walk to the historic town of Antibes.
