This brand new (Dec 2010) beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment (with distant views of the foothills of the Alps) is furnished and fitted to an exceptionally high standard throughout with contemporary furniture and accessories and is within an easy walk to the Old Town, sandy beaches and public transport. The lounge includes a modern and comfortable sofa (which may be converted into a double bed), a flat screen tv, a dvd player and a top of the range stereo system with iPod dock. A generous size table with four chairs is provided in the dining area.

The professionally designed kitchen is equipped and fitted to a superior standard and includes a large fridge/freezer, a Siemens hob, microwave, oven, extractor fan, waste disposal unit and a washing machine. 

The spacious balcony, which looks out towards the Alps, is furnished with a good size dining table, four chairs, two sun loungers and exterior lighting. There is also a slight sea view from the balcony.

The beautifully furnished bedroom can be made into a double or two singles. It includes floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, bedside units with lighting and a good size set of drawers.

In the fully tiled bathroom are a full size bath with an overhead shower, vanity unit with a wash basin and a heated towel rail. There is a seperately housed w.c. with a second wash hand basin.

Additional storage space is available in the lounge and the hallway.

The apartment is provided with air conditioning, remote control electric window shutters, internet/WiFi and a parking place at the residency (to be booked in advance) within the rental price - although a car is not required due to the excellent location.

Notes to the rental rates:

• Sleeps up to 2. We will consider a total of up to four persons in the apartment, which will incur a supplement of an extra £60 a week on the rental price for 1 or 2 extra persons (or if the sofa bed is used)
• Bed linen is included in the rates. Towels are not, but are available (one hand and one bath towel) for 10 euros per person per week.
• Car parking is available
• A cot and high chair are available for hire by prior arrangement
• No smoking allowed
• No pets allowed
