This 4 bedroom villa would appeal to all groups who want that extra special experience on the French Riviera. Having recently been expanded, and brought to life, this contemporary property has three inter-flowing living areas (the kitchen, the dining room and the lounge) all with floor to ceiling sliding doors to allow an abundance of light into the property. Through these doors you access the large outdoor swimming pool, the beautifully maintained lawns and the decked surroundings which are well equipped for relaxing all day in the sun.

The large, private outdoor pool is professionally maintained and is fitted with a safety alarm. This alarm is triggered when the water breaks and can be used by all guests, especially recommended for those who are on holiday with young children. There is an outdoor shower beside the pool and a variety of sun loungers and deck-chairs. A large outdoor dining table and chairs are also provided in the garden for guests who enjoy alfresco dining. This is accompanied by a well-equipped BBQ.
There is a sloping grass area to either side of the property and shaded sitting areas to allow optimum relaxation.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and furnished throughout with stylish cupboards and quality Bosch appliances – induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and central extractor fan. An in-built breakfast bar comfortably sits 4 adults for a more relaxed meal.

The large dining area has seating for 8 and we can offer private chef services on request (either for the entire duration of your stay or for a special occasion). Please enquire for further details and menu suggestions.
The lounge is spacious and light, comprising of 2 large sofas and a modern chaise longue. The large flat-screen TV has High Definition and a Bose surround sound system (which can be connected to an iPod or MP3 player).
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making this an ideal property for all ages. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite and patio doors which lead out to the garden area. The only room upstairs is the second double bedroom (which is behind a closed door, so there is no safety risk to small children). Two twin bedrooms share a large family bathroom, equipped with a double walk-in shower, separate bath, double sink and toilet. These single beds can be arranged as double beds on request.
The front reception room has a sofa, a large flat screen TV and a games console - a fabulous addition for those travelling with children. From this room, you have doors which lead to the day toilet (with hand basin), and the second to a spacious utility room with a separate washer and dryer.
WiFi is available throughout the property.
There is secure off-street parking for at least 4 cars.

Notes to the rental rates:
Sleeps up to 8 Rental prices are quoted in EUR for a seven night stay.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card.
To secure a booking, we require an initial payment of 25% of the agreed rental price.
The balance will then become due, six weeks before your arrival date.
The rental price includes all utilities, bed linen, towels, English TV, secure parking and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.
Additional cleaning and private catering can be arranged as optional extras.
A refundable security deposit will be required on all bookings
Arrival and departure days are flexible (including midweek)
Departure times are by 10.00am and arrival times are from 16.00 hours. However, whenever possible, we will do our best to allow some flexibility on these times - by prior arrangement.
Rentals of less than seven nights will be considered (usually a minimum of five nights).
Medium to long term rentals at discounted rates will be considered (particularly between the months of October and April).
All guests will be met on their arrival and departure, regardless of the time. We will also be available throughout the duration of your holiday should you need us for anything.
