All of our accomodation has the following in common:
• all the buildings are residential which ensures higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• all accomodation is tastefully furnished and well equipped with their own individual style
• all are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by us prior to your arrival
• all have outside seating and lighting
• bed linen is included in the price
• all apartments have double glazing
• most have air conditioning, see property descriptions
• all apartments have Wifi
• access to all the apartments is by lift where necessary
• all have secure entry systems and security shutters
We don't charge a late arrival fee, extra cleaning or laundry fees, and we can include a cot and/or high chair at no extra cost. The price we advertise is the price you pay. Beware as many other companies have extra "hidden" charges.
Whenever possible we aim to offer flexibility to accommodate your requests (e.g. start/end day and duration of your stay).
Payment is usually by bank transfer, other options can be discussed on an individual basis. When can now accept payments by credit card in some currencies.
All of our accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops of either Antibes or Juan les Pins. Here is some more information about the buildings in which our apartments are located.
La Pleiade

 La Pleiade is a recently constructed luxury apartment building finished in November 2006. It is ideally located, just five minutes walk from the main town square – Place du General de Gaulle. All the apartments benefit from double glazing, climatisation (cool/warm air circulation). All are tastefully furnished and well decorated and have modern fitted kitchens – please see individual apartment descriptions. The historic Old Town of Antibes, Port Vauban and the beaches are a leisurely ten minutes walk away. Less than fifteen minutes by foot from La Pleiade is the resort of Juan les Pins and within two minutes is the well stocked local supermarket and boulangerie. As the stop for the main bus route from Cannes to Nice is less than five minutes walk from the apartments, with the train station a ten minute walk, access to public transport is straightforward and easy. |
No. 38 Albert Premier

No. 38 Albert Premier is one of the most luxurious buildings on the popular Boulevard Alber 1er. It is situated within yards of the seafront and the sandy beaches of Ponteil and Salis. As it is adjacent to the Old Town, all the restaurants and amenities of Antibes are an easy short walk away. |
L'Oasis

 L'Oasis is a modern luxury building maintained to a very high standard. It is located opposite La Pleiade. Centrally situated, just five minutes walk from the main town square – Place du General de Gaulle. The facade of this well maintained residence was repainted in 2010. The building is in the heart of the town, with easy access to the buses and trains. The seaside resort of Juan les Pins is less than a 15 minute walk away. |
Villa Edison

 Villa Edison was completed in October 2010 and is located about 50 metres from Place De Gaulle and the start of the Old Town. It comprises of two independent buildings separated by a newly planted and lit garden. The shops, restaurant and bars are within easy reach. The railway and bus station are close by, along with the beaches and marina. It’s a perfect base. |

 This apartment block is conveniently located in the centre of Antibes on the tree-lined Boulevard du Maréchal Foch. This location is only minutes away from the popular sandy beaches of Ponteil and Salis, making it an ideal base for families or those wishing to relax in the sun.
With the Old Town of Antibes equally accessible, visitors are able to enjoy all the splendours that this popular resort has to offer. With fine dining, picturesque ramparts, colourful markets and an impressive marina housing some of the world’s most luxurious vessels, any visitor will be spoilt for choice. |
Antibes Plaza

 Antibes Plaza is a new (2010) residential building located in the very centre of Antibes, just behind Place de Gaulle. The high quality apartments are fitted with air conditioning and modern appliances for your comfort. The sandy beaches are no more than a 10 minute walk away, with the heart of the old town and port just a few hundred metres. Also within a short walk is the train station and the bus stop is literally outside the residence making this an excellent base to explore both Antibes and the other gems along the Cote d'Azur.
